MP AJJAKS Dispute Resolved: Choudhary Mukesh Maurya Recognized as State President

A highly encouraging and relieving news has emerged for the lakhs of officers and employees associated with the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Officers and Employees Association (AJJAKS) of Madhya Pradesh. The confusion and dispute regarding the top leadership, i.e., the post of ‘State President,’ which had been ongoing for some time, has now been completely resolved.

The General Administration Department (Employee Welfare) of the State Government has officially clarified the situation, clearing all misconceptions. Following this historic and clear decision, the command of the organization is now in the hands of two highly experienced and dedicated leaders.

Official Recognition to the New Leadership

According to the instructions issued by the government:

• Hon’ble Choudhary Mukesh Maurya Ji has been declared the legal and authorized State President of the organization.
• Meanwhile, senior and dynamic administrative officer Hon’ble IAS Vishesh Garhpale Sir has been entrusted with the highly important responsibility of Acting State President.

How was the entire dispute resolved? (Situation clarified in the Assembly)

The resolution of this entire dispute has been completely legal and transparent. Dr. Anil Argal, Provincial Secretary of AJJAKS, providing detailed information about the events, stated that some anti-social elements were trying to spread confusion among employees by misusing the name of the organization.

To clear this confusion, an updated list of recognized employee unions and their State Presidents was placed on the assembly floor by the ‘Registrar Firms and Societies, Madhya Pradesh’. In response to Assembly Starred Question No. 862, the name of Hon’ble Choudhary Mukesh Maurya Ji was officially confirmed as the State President of AJJAKS (Registration No. 25828/93).

Based on this authentic and official list, the General Administration Department was made aware of the reality. Following this, the department immediately issued letters to all government departments with strict instructions that in the future, only Hon’ble Choudhary Mukesh Maurya Ji and Hon’ble Vishesh Garhpale Sir should be considered authorized for any correspondence or communication related to the AJJAKS organization.

The Organization’s New Vision: “Support for All and Society’s Development”

After receiving the stamp of approval on their leadership, Hon’ble Choudhary Mukesh Maurya Ji and Hon’ble Vishesh Garhpale Sir have made it clear that their entire focus will now be solely on the upliftment of the society. They stated in unison that AJJAKS will now stay away from factionalism and will take all employees and officers along together.

The new leadership has prepared a detailed Roadmap for upcoming tasks:

• Reaching the last person: Welfare schemes run by the Central and State Governments should not remain limited to paper. The organization will ensure that the direct benefits of these schemes reach the last and most needy person of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe categories.
• Intensive monitoring of hostels: Special attention will be paid to SC-ST hostels running across the state. Continuous monitoring of facilities, food arrangements, and overall development of the students residing there will be done to secure their future.
• Protecting employees’ rights: The organization will strongly advocate at the government level for pending cases, promotions, and the protection of the rights of officers and employees.

Mega Meeting to be Held Soon at AJJAKS Bhavan, Bhopal

To implement the organization’s new strategies at the ground level and bring everyone on a single platform, a massive meeting is being organized very soon at the ‘AJJAKS Bhavan’ located in the capital, Bhopal. All provincial and district-level office bearers from across the state will participate in this crucial meeting. This meeting will prove to be a milestone in determining the future direction of the organization.
